Critters. The most unwanted of guests possible. They come uninvited, stay too long and cost money during their stay. We went to see a Vancouver roof today and saw evidence all around that a raccoon had been on several neighborhood roofs. Tiles had been moved around on a couple concrete tile roofs. Cedar had been ripped apart on a cedar shingle roof and siding had been pulled away from it’s original placement to expose a nice private den to rest, relax or birth in. Basically the raccoon could do whatever they wanted the space to be for. They are smart and relentless. Evidence proves this. My question is this. How do they know which roofs offer the best chances of entry? Do they have a Twitter account?
