| Crucial Roof Services completed my Vancouver Special re-roof project this Spring and I was very impressed by the level of service and quality of the work that was done. My older tar and gravel roof started leaking during the winter. Crucial Roof
Services patched my roof for a small fee and with no commitment. This allowed me the time to learn more about the problem and decide what to do without the pressure of a leaky roof. I decided to install a new torch on membrane roof and I am very happy with my purchase. I researched several roofing companies in Vancouver and found that the quote from Crucial Roof Services was very reasonable. I really appreciated how Greg explained the various factors using simple language that I could understand and he was always available for further clarification when needed. The work on the roof was done efficiently and was completed well within the time frame that was outlined to me. Greg and his coworkers were always pleasant and polite. The cost of the roof did not go over the quoted price. Greg showed me the completed new roof and clearly explained the structure of the roof and how to perform proper maintenance on it. Greg also took the time to clearly explain the warranty and the labour and materials to me. I was extremely pleased with the clean up process after the roof was done. All the debris was removed and the property looked spotless. In conclusion, I am very pleased with the entire experience and I have no hesitation about recommending Crucial Roof Services.
