The power of water is undeniable. Typically it is water in massive quantities being driven by Mother Nature. We can’t help but see it on the news regularly…. and often with fatal consequences. But in today’s case the power of water was displayed over time…. and the quantity was not massive. In fact quite the opposite is true in this case.We were in Burnaby replacing a drain on a torch on roof. The reason for the replacement was failure of the copper. You see over time the water “trickled” down one particular area of the round copper down pipe and over that time-period it eroded the copper to a point of elimination. The attached photo shows just how “fatal” the water was this time. It killed the drain. Lucky for us it was a relatively simple fix. Maybe I should run some water over my flabby belly. Would that make it disappear too?
