Case Study: Tsawwassen Reroof
The old tar and gravel roof was removed and the shiplap boards exposed. The customer wanted a clean looking roof so we cut holes for 8×8 low profile gooseneck vents. In this project, we re-roofed a tar and gravel with a Soprema membrane system. For most installations, a torch-on membrane roof makes and ideal replacement. We installed low profile gooseneck vents for a clean look. Two skylights were installed. 3 new ceiling vents were also added to improve ventilation and reduce interior heat.
