Just because I am a Journeyman Roofer doesn’t just limit me to working on roofs. Take today in Coquitlam. There were three leaks on this house and one of them was caused by a window detail. I enjoy the challenges of finding leaks and I consider myself good at it. I have many satisfied customers that will attest to that. However, I especially like finding leaks that are outside of my primary job description. That being a Vancouver Roofer. The leak I found today was caused by a lack of caulking around a simple window frame. Simple leak and a simple fix.
