Today we were in Burnaby. My customer had a single ply APP membrane roof system installed on a small flat top area of his concrete tile roof system. It lacked UV protection. If left as is, the roof system would have failed in a couple more years.
By torching an additional layer of granular cap sheet onto the original we’ve extended the life another 20 years. Now if only I could do that for my lifespan!
