This is a wonderful example of a customer that is taking great care of a roof we installed in 2013. Good job! A new roof represents a significant capital outlay, and maintenance is the key to receiving the maximum return on that investment.
The gutters were cleaned and drains inspected and cleared. Debris was removed and then the roof was given a careful cleaning. This also provided the perfect opportunity to give the torch on membrane roof a visual inspection for any damage that may have resulted from the weather or local trees.
