This valley is on the back side and has a “dead valley” at the bottom (a small flat area about 6” x 12”). This one really needs to be kept clean.

On this project we were contacted concerning leaks. There were leaks visible in the attic and some water staining on the soffits.

We repaired a minor leak at the masonry chimney. We cleaned leaves and debris build up in valleys and other areas. Next we performed a pan flashing service at the skylight, where tiles were not seating well. We resealed a drain and caulked a broken tile. 20 tiles were used in the rebuild, and we left the owner with 3 spares.
