Nasty Bugs

Wow. Bacteria are getting mean. I can’t remember the last time I got kicked so hard by those little buggers. Fever, shivers and aches. Those were my companions this weekend. I thought I had just caught a little bug in North Delta on Friday night and I’d be able to tough it out through the next 24 hours with some Tylenol… and then it would be back to semi-normal. With a fever of 101 on Sunday night I figured it was time to go to the Clinic. Doctor says I was his 3rd patient with a strong possibility of Strep throat… and he’d only been in for 2 hrs! I didn’t have to wait for the swab test to come back to ask for my antibiotics. If only I could have a roofing contest with those little buggers to gain permission to enter my body.
