Slid tile repositioned and anchored using a screw. Look at the bottom left hand corner of the tile and you will see a screw sticking out of the hip rafter that is used to “anchor” the tile from sliding again

In this photo there are two tiles anchored by individual screws (you have to look closely to see both of the anchor screws)

 

 

When replacing 2 broken tiles we found the water channel of the adjacent tile to have been chipped. This was leaking so we needed to replace this tile also. No additional charge.

 

 

In total we needed 4 new tiles to replace the broken ones we found. we took color matched tiles from the center bottom roof area (where it could not be seen from the street level) and used them in the more visually obvious locations where tiles were broken. Here are the 4 new tile installs... where we salvaged the tiles from.

Drying the tiles to apply the caulk adhesive so the lead cover patches won’t ever blow off. this is lead cover patch location #3

We found a vertical split in a tile also. Instead of using another “new” tile we are able to caulk seal these vertical splits. No additional charge. FYI - You can NOT caulk seal a horizontal (or truncation) split.

This was a maintenance call on a tile roof. The storm collar was lowered and calked. Tiles that had moved were repositioned and then anchored. Several tiles needed replacement. And some lead cover patches were added.
